Mobile app push notifications are used to provide product updates, reminders, personalized offers, news, and other information that requires your users' immediate attention.
If you have already learned how to create and send push notifications, this article will help you discover how to track their performance.
To manage your push notifications:
1. Navigate to Communication → Push notifications.
2a. If you have already created and scheduled your first push notifications, you can check under Scheduled user notifications your upcoming and scheduled push notifications.
In this tab, you can view:
- The notification title.
- The admin who created the notification.
- The date of creation.
- The date that the notification is scheduled to be released.
- The text that users will view.
You can click on the trash icon to delete a scheduled notification.
2b. In the Notifications log tab, you can check the completed push notifications.
In this tab, you can view:
- The notification title.
- The total number of push notifications.
- The number of sent notifications.
- The number of users who have received it.
- The number of users who have opened the mobile app and viewed it.
- The number of failed notifications that were not received by users.
- The admin who created the notification.
- The date that the notification was scheduled to be released.
- The text that users viewed.
- You can click on the Clone icon to recreate a push notification.
