Keeping your payment methods updated in LearnWorlds ensures uninterrupted access to your subscription and services. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to update your payment details securely
To subscribe to LearnWorlds, you need to have a connected payment method in your billing details to complete the transaction. To add or update your payment information, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Navigate to My account → Account & Billing.
2. Go to Billing Details tab and click on Add a Payment Method. In case you see the plan screen first, make sure to click on the back icon and then click on Billing Details.
3. Select to pay:
a. Via Credit card. Insert your card's information and click Add. We support Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards (For EU Customers only. For Customers outside of the EU, you can use American Express via PayPal). Some Discover cards may not be supported.
b. Via PayPal. Click on PayPal checkout and connect to your PayPal account or create one.
By clicking on PayPal checkout a pop window shows up, prompting you to connect your PayPal account to LearnWorlds. This is a pop-up page, so make sure you have pop-ups enabled in your browser.
c. Via Direct Debit (SEPA) (For EU Customers only). Add your IBAN, First, and Last name, and click on Save.
- If you have multiple schools, updating your payment method for one school will automatically apply the change to all schools.
- If you want to change your plan (upgrade/downgrade) and your Billing Details, you should do so from the Billing Details tab under Account & Billing. However, billing details can only be changed on the checkout page if you are buying a new subscription or an add-on feature.
