Tawk.to is a live chat software that offers a chat widget for websites, allowing businesses to engage with their website visitors in real time. The Tawk.to chat widget enables businesses to provide instant customer support, answer inquiries, and facilitate communication with website visitors.
To integrate the Tawk.to chat widget into your LearnWorlds school, you can follow the steps in this article.
1. Log in to your Tawk.to account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one by clicking here.
2. Follow the wizard to seamlessly fill out the necessary information like your Learnworlds school name, your LearnWorlds domain, and your widget's name. Click Done to finish the process.
3. You will get redirected to Tawk.to's dashboard. Click on the Administration → Channels → Chat widget and copy the widget's code by clicking on Copy to Clipboard on the chat widget page.
4. Login to your LearnWorlds school, and navigate to Settings → Integrations → Customer Service.
5. Click on the Activate option, paste (Ctrl+V) the widget's code in the field, and save your changes.
You have successfully integrated Tawk to chat with your LearnWorlds school! When a user logs in a chat box will appear on the bottom right.
If GDPR compliance is enabled and the user does not accept the Functional Cookies from the cookie policy pop-up, the chatbox will not appear.
