The LearnWorlds Dashboard gives you a view of your school and helps you run your business. It allows you to be instantly on top of your sales, registrations, and user activity. See in real-time who is logged in and engage with your users.

Click on Create Course to create a new course. Υou may also find preview links for your Home and After Login pages. You can find information on any new features, by clicking on What's new or clicking on Help to navigate to your school's Help Center (Academy, Knowledge Base, our upcoming Webinars, and popular posts in our Blog).
Dashboard
The Dashboard page displays four useful graphs divided into tabs.
- New sign-ups, to monitor your school registrations.
- A graphical presentation of the Revenue.
- Product sales.
- Active learners' number.
These four graphs can be generated for the 7, 30, or 60 previous days by clicking on the drop-down option.
Next to the graphs, you will find a numbers section offering a quick school and sales overview.
The following panel shows you a synopsis of your school's current state: The number of users, conversions, courses, course categories, the number of your last 30 days' sales and the average time users have spent in your school.
The panels in the second row of your dashboard, inform you about:
1. Pending access
While using the Signup Approval feature you can check the pending requests on your dashboard too. There you can either approve or reject them. How to Provisionally Restrict Access to your School and Manually Approve Sign-ups
2. New Users
This option is for the newly registered members and displays information on when they signed up. Clicking on See All you will be redirected to the Users → All users.
3. Review Center
You will find a shortcut for the recently submitted Assignments. Clicking on See All, you will be directed to the Reports Center → Exams → Assignments.
4. Latest Posts
This is also a shortcut for the Latest Posts. Clicking on See All, you are redirected to the Community page.
5. LearnWorlds blog
One more shortcut for our LearnWorlds Blog. Clicking on See All, you will be redirected to our latest blog posts.
6. Events log
You will find an update on the latest events! Clicking on See All redirects you to the Reports Center → Activity History → Events log.
7. Online Users
The last useful shortcut of your Dashboard is showing the number and usernames of your Online Users.
Clicking on Contact, you can send an inbox message and communicate with the users while they are online.
