Set up the LearnWorlds referral program
1. Hover over the My account tab and choose the Refer a friend option.
2. You will be redirected to the Referrals page where you can locate your unique link.
3. Click on the Copy button to get your link.
When you first visit the referral page, your email will be pre-filled. Click "Generate Link" to create your unique referral link. Afterward, you will always have the option to copy your referral link directly from the page. This feature is available exclusively to school owners with an active paid plan.How do I invite my friends?
You can share this link with your friends or anyone interested in creating a new LearnWorlds account.
What do my friends need to do?
- Once you've shared your link, they need to create a new LearnWorlds account using the link you provided.
- After using your link to create a new account, they will need to upgrade to a paid plan on LearnWorlds (eligible for rewards are only customers that will sign up for the Pro Trainer or higher plans).
What’s in it for me?
We'll reward you with $100 for every friend you invite who becomes a paid customer. There's no limit to how many friends you can invite—the more, the better!
How do I receive my reward?
Once a friend of yours becomes a paid customer, you’ll receive an email from PartnerStack with instructions on how to claim your reward. You'll need to create a new account on PartnerStack and enter your payment details. Note that payments are processed once a month.
- The reward will be issued in USD via PartnerStack, after the referrer creates a paid account.
- The reward will be issued only if the following conditions are fully met:
- The referred contact must purchase a Pro Trainer plan or higher.
- More than 30 days must have passed since the purchase, and no refund has been requested or issued.
- The reward will be available for redemption on the first of the month following the initial 30 days from the purchase date of your friend.
- This offer does not apply to multiple schools within the same organization.
Important things and terms to know before participating in the customer referral program:
- The customer referral program will be available for a duration freely determined by LearnWorlds.
- When sending referral invitations, you agree you alone are the sender of the message, will only send it to people you know and have permission to send it to, will not “spam” anyone with referrals, and will ensure compliance with all applicable personal data privacy laws. If we believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of the customer referral program LearnWorlds may in its sole discretion take any action fit for the circumstances.
- Each friend you invite must click on your unique link for you to be eligible for the reward.
- To be eligible for the reward you must have an active LearnWorlds account without any fees due or your account is suspended or terminated for any reason.
- LearnWorlds will not be responsible for any income tax you may have to pay in your jurisdiction and under the local tax laws of your country.
- Any personal data you share with us will be processed according to our privacy policy.
- Any dispute that might arise shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
Process example
Let’s use an example to clarify how this works.
If you share your link with your friend Jane and she creates a new LearnWorlds organization on the Pro Trainer or higher plans, you will receive an email from PartnerStack with instructions on how to claim your reward. However, to receive your reward, Jane needs to be an active paid customer for at least 30 days. After that period, your reward will become available in PartnerStack.
Remember that payments are processed on the first of each month. For example, if Jane purchases the plan on October 2nd, her 30-day period will end in November, and the corresponding payment will be available for redemption starting December 1st.
LearnWorlds reserves the right to withhold or decline payment if any malicious activity is suspected.
