In LearnWorlds, you can seamlessly upload your presentation files (PowerPoint/Open Document) within your courses to boost engagement levels, promote a better understanding of the material, and foster an interactive learning environment. Using presentations in online courses offers a multitude of advantages that significantly enhance the teaching and learning experience.
In this article, we will explore how to upload PowerPoint or Open Document presentations and create engaging presentation-based learning activities for your courses.
We use an external service to load presentation files, providing a holistic presentation experience for your students, complete with sound, animations, and download options. Please note that any issues related to these features are managed by the external service and are beyond our control. If necessary, you can always convert your presentation file to PDF and upload it using our PDF learning activity option.Examples/Use Cases:

Create the Presentation Learning Activity
1. Navigate to the course outline tab of your created course.
2. Click on the Add Activity button under the section you wish.
3. Under Multimedia, locate the Presentation option.
4. Give a title to your learning activity and click Save or Save and Edit to start making changes right away. 
Upload your File
1. Hover over the learning activity and click on Settings (if you have clicked on Save and Edit in the activity creation process, skip this step).
2. Click on Upload File. Supported formats include .ppt, .pptx, and .odp. Ensure the file title includes only Latin characters (no special characters like â, è, ü, etc.) or numbers and that the maximum file size is 50 MB.
