How to Add and Customize the FAQs Section

With the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) section, you can proactively address your users' potential questions. In this article, we'll explore the process of creating a FAQ section and discover how to customize and edit it to suit your needs.


To add a FAQ Section:


1. Go to Website → Design →  Edit Website.

2. Choose the page you want to edit from the Pages Manager.

3. Click on the +Add section to add one of our available FAQs Sections.

Click on Edit FAQ and edit the settings in the Sideform. On the FAQ tab, you are able to change the order of the questions and enable or disable the Expanded / Collapsed function.

To begin adding the most commonly asked questions, click on any text element. You can then proceed to add the answers to your questions, which may include text (and modify the text appearance), images, buttons, or any other widget of your preference. 

After adding a section to your page, you may want to make alterations to the section's general settings, actions, and layout settings in the Sideform.
