In this article, we will go through the steps to update the billing and shipping addresses on your LearnWorlds account:
1. Navigate to My account → Account & Billing → Billing Details. In case you see the plan screen, make sure to click on the back icon and then click on Billing Details.
3. Click on the Edit details, update your billing information, and click on Save.
Notes:
- By changing the On/ Off setting, you choose to pay or not as a business, so the Company name and VAT Number fields are hidden
- If you want to change your plan (upgrade/downgrade) and your Billing Details, you should do so from the Billing Details tab under Account & Billing. However, billing details can only be changed on the checkout page if you are buying a new subscription or an add-on feature.
