How to Submit a Support Ticket

Have you already created a LearnWorlds school and want to contact us? Are you considering our platform for your online academy but want more information? You can create a ticket, and our support team will be more than happy to help. 

Ask for help button

If you are logged in to your school as an admin, click on Ask for help at the bottom right. If you are on your Dashboard, select Need help? at the bottom left, and the Ask for help button will appear.

If our articles do not include information for your inquiry, click on Contact Us to submit your ticket. You can also attach a relevant file, as a screenshot, to provide more information about your request. The Ask for help button appears in LearnWorlds schools that are in the Pro trainer plans or higher.

Visit and click on Submit a ticket after signing in/signing up.

You will be redirected to a ticket form, where you can enter all your details and add an attachment if it is required.

It is required to create a new account at LearnWorlds Help Center, even if you are a LearnWorlds school admin.

To set up your support portal account, click on Login. On the page that loads, you will have the option to sign up by clicking on Sign up with us.

Tips for submitting a support ticket/email

In order to ensure the best and fastest support possible, make sure to follow the tips below when submitting a question/issue to our LearnWorlds support squad.

  • Include a specific and detailed description: Even though “less is more”, this rule doesn’t apply in ticketing. Sharing as many details as possible will help us understand what you would like to achieve. If you are experiencing a technical issue with a course, or a specific user account, it would be ideal to share the user’s email address, the specific course URL, etc.
  • Add screenshots and screencasts: A picture is worth a thousand words. It would be extremely helpful to include screenshots/screencasts which depict the issue or query that you would like help with. Some tools you could use for screencasting are the Nimbus browser addon or Loom.
  • Share one issue/question per ticket: We suggest submitting a separate support ticket for every issue or inquiry you have. In this way, we can handle each case within an email thread which results in a quicker resolution of the ticket.
  • If you use the email notification to reach out to our support squad (, please make sure to add your school’s URL in the body of the description.
