What is Data Retention Policy?
A data retention policy clarifies what data should be stored or archived, where that should happen, and for how long. These policies are intended to ensure that data is stored securely and for only as long as needed to comply with laws and regulations.
How to Clean Your Users Data?
1. Navigate to Reports → Reports center → Overal user progress.
2. Select the filter Registered before a specific date and Apply.
3. Click on Export User Progress.
4. Then, you can Bulk Suspend or Bulk Delete the users, depending on your data retention policy.
