The Timer widget allows you to add countdown timers to your school pages to build anticipation for upcoming events, course launches, content releases, promotions, or other important announcements. Timers help create urgency and keep users engaged with your upcoming activities.
In this article, you will learn how to add and customize Timer widgets on your LearnWorlds pages.
Add timer
1. Navigate to Website → Design → Edit Website.
2. Choose any page to edit from the Page Manager.
3. Hover over the element under which you want to add the widget and click the (+) icon to add it directly below that specific element. 
4. Select the Timer category. Insert the preferred widget.
5. Click Save to save changes on the page.
Customize timer
1. Click on the timer for the sideform to appear. Configure the widget settings, including the timer type, the action performed when the timer ends, and the fields displayed in the timer.
The Timer hidden until start date option is available only for Date Countdown timers and keeps the timer hidden until the selected start date is reached.2. Click Save to save changes on the page.
