There might be the case of a user (or a team member) of your school to be having issues or needing assistance and having reached out to you for a solution to their request.
In such a case, you have the option to Login as a User to further troubleshoot and replicate their case.
Log in as a User Notification Email
You can choose if the moment you log in to the respective user's account, the user will receive a Notification Email informing them that someone is trying to troubleshoot an issue and hence have logged in within their account.
To set this up, navigate to Settings → Notification Emails → Log in as a user emails.
You can enable/disable the notification email that a user will receive if you have logged in to their account, edit the subject and the content of the notification email and use the available variables. You can find more information about your school's Notification Emails here.
You can also track who has used this feature by navigating to Reports Center → Events Log → Log in as a user or Log out from a user (filter). For more information, you can check this article.
You can also enable the option and specify which email address will receive a Notify e-email when any user logs in to another user's (admin, instructor, reporter) account. Go to Settings → Notification Emails → Admin Settings. There you can add the respective email address and enable the Log in as this User trigger.
