How Can Users Create a New Account

Signing up and subsequently signing in on LearnWorlds is mandatory to purchase and access courses. This process enhances course progress tracking, automation, and the delivery of educational content, learning, and development programs.

This user guide is provided by LearnWorlds to help you support your users in creating a new account in your LearnWorlds school. Feel free to edit and brand this guide before you add it to a FAQ page on your school or any email template.

Create a New Account (Sign up)

To access your school's platform, you will need to register for a new account first. Depending on the school's setup, you can typically find options to sign up or sign in at the topbar of the page. Click on the appropriate button to begin creating your account.

There are different ways you can create an account:

1. Using your email address via the Signup form.

2. Visit the sign-in form and click on Create Account to be directed to the sign-up form. Submit your email, password, and other personal details to create your account.

3. Via a Social Account (if this option is available) such as your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, or Apple account.

You will be asked to confirm your social account, so make sure that you enter a valid email address. 

The texts of the sign-in/up buttons/links and available social networks, along with your school's navigation, may vary according to the school settings.

Sign in to your Account

Once you have signed up and logged out, you can access your account again at any time by logging in with your personal credentials. Your login details are tied to the signup method you used. 

For instance, if you signed up with an email, you need to log in with the same email, and if you signed up through a social network, you need to use the corresponding social account to sign in.

Sign up via a Payment Page

Based on the school's settings, you can create an account via the school's Payment page/section while purchasing a course. As you select a product and proceed with the purchase, you will also be prompted to register/sign up at the school.

If you already have an account, you can log in and later purchase the course. While logged in to the school, the registration zone fields are pre-filled, so you just need to add your billing details to purchase the course.

Custom Sign up- SSO (Single Sign-On)

The school owner might opt to disable the default sign-in and sign-up forms in favor of a custom sign-up solution (SSO) or provide both options simultaneously.
