In this article, you will find more information on how to create and set up a test user account for the app reviewer.
1. Navigate to Users → All Users and click on Add user. On the sidebar that appears, proceed to fill in the user’s details along with a password.
2. Navigate to Mobile App → Stores Set up → Test user account and add the details of the user you just created.
Save your changes.
- Make sure to not use a personal email, as this user will be accessed by Apple and Google's reviewers' team whenever we push for a new update.- Do not make edits to this user. In any future updates of your Mobile Apps, you may receive multiple deletion/pass change requests for this user. This is done by Apple's and Google's reviewers. You can ignore these requests/messages.
