The AI Insights is an advanced reporting tool designed to make data analysis faster and more efficient. It supplements your existing reports by enabling you to review and understand key data insights quickly. With this tool, you can explore various metrics like learner performance, course statistics, and revenue trends through a user-friendly AI interface.

- Course Completion Trends: Use the AI to explore which courses have the highest or lowest completion rates.

- Identifying Popular Courses: Discover which courses attract the most learners and optimize their content further.
- Monitoring Learning Program Engagement: Ask which programs have the highest or lowest completion rates to identify successful curricula or areas that may need revision.

AI Insights
To access it, navigate to Reports → Ai insights.
Using Premade Questions and Categories
Once inside, you'll see a user-friendly chat interface that is ready to assist. It features various premade categories such as:
Academy: Questions about your school’s overall performance.
Learners: Insights on individual or group performance.
Courses: Data about course completion and engagement.
Learning Programs: Data about program completion and engagement.
Revenue: Revenue trends and financial analysis.
Select a category, review the questions, and pick the one that best suits your needs. The results will appear within seconds.
For example, let's choose the Academy category and select the question, 'What are the total enrollments, completions, and certificates awarded across all courses?'. The system will automatically analyze the completion times for this course and provide the result instantly, saving you the time and effort of manually exporting and reviewing files
While waiting for results from the first chat, you can open a new one to ask a different question, helping you save time on your research. Keep in mind that larger datasets, such as extensive user or sales data, may take longer to process. Utilizing multiple chats allows you to continue exploring insights without delays.
The AI is highly flexible with phrasing, ensuring it delivers accurate results regardless of how a question is worded. For instance, if a premade question asks, "Who are my active users in the last 30 days?" and you instead type something like, "Can you give me the active users from the last 30 days?" the tool will still generate the same results. This adaptability makes it easy to get insights in your own words
Slash Command
When working with AI, you'll often need to input the names of users and courses. To make this process more efficient and user-friendly, the slash command (/) has been introduced. This feature allows you to quickly filter and refine your data queries by specific users or courses.
Type the slash command (/), and a list of all available users and courses will appear, making it easy for you to select the desired option. This enhancement streamlines the process, saving time and effort while ensuring accuracy in your queries.
Don't forget that all your chats within the AI Insights are saved for easy review later. Click on the Previous chat buttons to review them.
Also, note that only admins can access this tool to ensure the privacy and security of your school’s data.
AI Insights model
In LearnWorlds, you have two AI Insights model options to choose from:
- Advanced Model: Each question-and-answer pair in the reports will count as 20 prompts (Currently, GPT-4o is used for this model).
- Basic Model: Each question-and-answer pair in the reports will count as 4 prompts (Currently, GPT-4o Mini model is used for this model).
You can choose your model under Settings → Integrations → AI. Select the option that best suits your needs and start leveraging AI-powered reports with ease.
AI’s accuracy is designed to be reliable, but no system is infallible.
