1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Customer Service.
2. Click on the here link under FreshChat, which will redirect you to your FreshChat account where you need to add your FreshChat credentials (if you do not have an account in FreshChat, you need to activate a live subscription https://www.freshworks.com/live-chat-software/signup/):
3. You will get redirected to the following page. Make sure you click on Copy in the Paste this code snippet before </BODY> section.
4. Return to the Customer Service page. and paste the code under Freshchat. Don't forget to click on Activate first.
5. Make sure you click on Save, and refresh your page.
