Your LearnWorlds school automatically sends email notifications for certain key events that take place. You can enable or disable these notifications and customize the contents of the email that users will receive.
In this article, we will learn how to enable and edit automatic email notifications related to course or bundle enrollments.
Go to Settings → Notification emails → Course emails.
When enrolling in a free course: When a user enrolls in a free course, you can email them to keep them motivated.
When enrolling in a paid course: You can send a different email when the users have purchased a paid course. The "When enrolling in a paid course" notification will be sent once users enroll in a Private course as well.
When buying a bundle: There is the option to send a different email when one of your users has purchased one of your bundles. You can find more information on how to create a Bundle in this article.
When enrolling in courses of Seats offering: If this option is enabled, users will be sent an email after enrollment.
Completing a course: You can send an email when a user completes a course.
Click on Save to save your changes.
